2017 Developments

Its home-based division  Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc.  unveiled a program that enables agents to monitor cruise fare changes and introduced marketing tools that drive customer loyalty, promote referrals and encourage repeat business.

The Villas division continues to invest in technology and expand its private-label portfolio. Villas of Distinction offered new properties in Aruba, Portugal and Sri Lanka.

The Resort for a Day brand now offers resort day passes for cruisers at more than 40 resorts in 20 destinations.
 The U.K. division launched technology that enabled it to boost customer service for the U.K. cruise consumer.
